Our goal is to provide you with the best possible experience at our hotel. Please feel free to get in touch with us or approach the staff members at any of our facilities if you have any requests, such as if you would like to have a tatami seat instead of a table seat for dinner or if you are a wheelchair user.
Regarding our on-site facilities
Our hotel is not completely barrier-free. Please take the stairs from the lobby to 2F and the escalator (see photo) from 2F to the guest rooms on 3F. There is also a staircase that leads down to the large indoor bath.
Also, please note that smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and dining areas (except in some banquet halls).

Convention hall, conference rooms, and karaoke rooms
Convention hall “Hikari”
This sleek convention hall can accommodate up to 100 people. In addition to holding meetings, you may approach us if you wish to use it for other purposes. The hall is fitted with spotlights and other lighting equipment, while projectors, screens, and whiteboards are also available for rent. Please feel free to approach us if you wish to book the convention hall for your meeting without any accommodation. The convention hall offers wonderful views of the surrounding satoyama that can help everyone to relax and concentrate better than usual.
Newly remodeled and reopened in 2013, Hikari is bathed in gentle moonlight at night and bright, vibrant sunshine in the morning. It can also serve as a dining room where guests can relax and enjoy their meal. The room’s lighting equipment creates a spectacular ambience for parties and gatherings of all kinds.
Conference rooms “Lincoln” and “President”
These multi-purpose rooms can accommodate anywhere from 20 to 40 people and can be utilized for holding not only meetings but also workshops and lectures for small groups.
Projectors, screens, and whiteboards are available for rent. Please feel free to approach us if you wish to book these conference rooms for your meeting without any accommodation.
Karaoke snack bar “Bishamon”
Our karaoke snack bar is perfect for holding post-banquet after-parties.
You will no doubt have a great time full of laughter in the bar’s homely atmosphere as if Bishamonten, a deity that brings happiness, has descended upon the venue. This snack bar offers an almost identical menu for drinks and snacks as Hibiki.

Lobby
Our lobby is the first place where we welcome guests to our hotel, and it can be said to be the face of our hotel. Our spacious lobby allows large groups of guests to wait comfortably.
You can also enjoy freshly brewed coffee and our original satoyama sweets in the lounge. We hope you can spend your time leisurely in the satoyama, where time seems to slow down.

Gift shop “WAKU”
WAKU gathers a variety of different souvenirs and gifts that are recommended by Mashikokan. Here, you can buy food products and other miscellaneous goods that have been specially curated by Mashikokan.
Please feel free to drop by this small shop at any time. Our hotel’s proprietress has carefully selected many local souvenirs and gifts that might interest you, including Mashikokan’s original products.
